Films has been a part of my DNA as my father was a successful film producer. After graduating with a B'Com degree I was pushed into the deep end of Film Production as a production assistant for the highly successful film "Phool Aur Kaante".

I went on to assist Mr. Mansoor Khan on the film "Akele Hum, Akele Tum" .

By the end of this film the direction bug had sunk its teeth into me very firmly.

 

A 2-year stint as an assistant director for TV commercials followed and paved the way for me to start my own production company "Shooting Star".

 

I have since directed fiction shows like Hip Hip Hurray, X-Zone, Thriller at Ten & C.A.T.S for TV channels Like Zee TV and Sony TV..

 

Advertising introduced me to a whole new style of film making that helped me further hone my skills in terms of look and finesse.
